The data synchronization between the mobile app and the web app doesn’t work. What could be the reason?

If the data synchronization does not take place, this could be due to several reasons:

  • You were logged out of the mobile app and therefore the synchronization could not be performed. Please log in again and perform synchronization.  
  • You are not logged in with the same CLICKDOC Account in the mobile app and in the web app. Please log in with the same credentials on both platforms.  
  • You have stored data in your mobile app that cannot be synchronized by mediteo. Please note that the intake status (marked/not marked as taken) and diary data cannot currently be displayed in the web app. If the problem concerns data that can normally be synchronized, please contact [email protected].
  • CLICKDOC is temporarily unavailable. Should this be the case for a longer time period and none of the reasons above apply, please contact [email protected].
