In addition to the password, you can protect your CLICKDOC Account with another protection measure:

Access protection

You have the choice between “Default Protection” (you only need your email address to reset your password) and “Highest Protection” (a 24-digit Super-PIN is required to reset your password). You can find these options on the “Security” page under “Access protection”.

Security question

In addition, you can increase the security of your account by setting up a security question. If you are using the standard protection, you have to answer the security question before you can reset your password. If you use the highest protection, you have to answer the security question before you can reset your account. To set up or change the security question, click on the user name (top right) once you have logged in → Security → Set up security question/Change security question under “Security question”.
